Jumbo lump crab meat baked in red wine vinegar, old bay and butter, with assorted crackers - tastes just like steamed crabs!

Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Boneless pork tenderloin marinated in teriyaki sauce, grilled to perfection and topped with our own pineapple salsa; served with rice pilaf and the vegetable of the day.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Bacon wrapped scallops drizzled with barbecue sauce, served with mushrooms risotto and the vegetable of the day.

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, spinach, and goat cheese, drizzled with a balsamic reduction; served with mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day.
